I recently had the pleasure of working with Henry for the purchase of a penthouse at Costa del Sol, Spain. From start to finish, Henry's expertise, professionalism, and local knowledge were outstanding. He proved to be not only immensely knowledgeable but also completely trustworthy. His guidance through every step of the process was invaluable, making it seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend Henry to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable real estate agent in the Costa del Sol area.

Working with Luke at Pardalis to find a home in Spain was a great experience. Unlike other agents, he didn't waste our time with homes that didn't fit what we were looking for. He really listened to us and was super patient. I definitely recommend Pardalis and Luke. The housing market in Spain can be tough, but they keep things professional and are great at finding homes that meet your needs.

Since my Wife and I moved here to Malaga back in August 2023, Henry our Estate Agent from Pardalis Estate Agents was more than helpful and very supportive throughout in helping us to find our Dream Home. We have been extremely lucky and I would highly recommend anyone who is new coming to Malaga to live, to only deal with this Est. Agent Crowd. 5* Service. Thank you again Henry.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Kept us fully informed at all times. Our agent Henry Wade was excellent showing us many different properties until we found what we wanted. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience with Pardalis Estates! Luke Woodcock, director at Pardalis, was extremely helpful in helping us choose an area to live and a home to purchase. He really had a good sense of what we were looking for. Coming from the United States to purchase a home here in Spain felt like a daunting process but we lucked out finding Pardalis Estates. Their services are excellent and made our home buying experience a very good one!
